What to write about

• Questions about an article. If something is unclear, or you tried an approach and got a different result, tell me — the follow-up often becomes the next article.
• Corrections. If you spot a factual error, an outdated number or a broken link, send the page and what is wrong. I fix confirmed errors and note the update on the article.
• Topics you want covered. Operations, marketing systems, RevOps and AI automation problems from real companies are the raw material of this blog.
• Press, podcasts and speaking. Happy to comment on fractional leadership, operations-first marketing and AI in business workflows.
• Privacy requests. To see, correct or delete data connected to your email address, see the Privacy Policy and write to the same address.
